In our M&A team, Tine Seehausen is often in charge of arranging and completing the due diligence process on the side of both the purchaser and seller.

Tine Seehausen provides advice within terms of employment and working conditions and is the head of the company’s employment law team.

In 2007, Tine Seehausen acquired a master in VAT and indirect taxes and with basis in this, she has achieved specialist expertise in VAT and tax legislation with a special emphasis on trade with real estate and preparation of property projects.

Tine Seehausen is a member of the executive board of Focus Advokater LLP.

Admitted to the Danish Bar in 2004.
Masters of Laws, University of Aarhus, 2001.
MSc Business Administration & Auditing, University of Southern Denmark, 1992.
LLM in VAT and indirect taxes, 2007.
