Focus Advokater’s Insolvency department is highly specialised and they have a long-time and extensive experience within bankruptcy and reconstruction. The attorneys of the department contribute in case of pre-legislative work as well as through appointments to various committees working to improve rules within the area for the benefit of Danish companies. We represent both governmental institutions and business companies including banks and financial institutions. We also have great experience in advising distressed companies.

We are, on a current basis, appointed trustees in bankruptcy estates as per request from either the probate court or creditors. And we provide counselling on all insolvency law and bankruptcy law issues.
