Henning Moritzen joined Focus Advokater as partner on 1 July 2018 as the law firm Moritzen, Svendborg merged with Focus Advokater P/S. Henning Moritzen has specialised within the building and construction sector and has worked with project development for estate developers and large entrepreneurs. Additionally, Henning Moritzen has great experience advising municipalities in procurement cases, developments, district plans and sale of building sites.

Henning Moritzen assist the insolvency court in Svendborg in connection with bankruptcy- and compulsory dissolution cases and has great experience with bankruptcy estates.
