Michael Clemmensen has been partner at Focus Advokater LLP since 1992. Michael Clemmensen has the right to appear before the Supreme Court and he is a certified arbitrator.

He has a great experience and is highly skilled within international matters of law, dispute resolutions and IPR.

These three significant areas of expertise include special knowledge within marketing law, competition law, distribution systems and preparation of contracts including international laws and regulations.

Michael Clemmensen is known for his ability to perform thorough analyses of complex problems and to find useful and simple solutions.

Michael Clemmensen has won several international arbitration proceedings. These have been conducted in English and a few in German. Furthermore, he often has cases before the Maritime- and Commercial High Court, the Danish High Court and Supreme Court.

Michael Clemmensen is an active member and chairman in several boards of directors.
